We are different than most general contractors in that we do not hire sub-contractors to do all of our work. In fact, we only hire sub-contractors for very few specialty trades; otherwise, our team performs all of the work. With an amazing in-house crew of well-rounded and skilled tradesmen, we can maintain much better control of project schedules as well as workmanship quality, providing a better experience for the homeowner and leaving you with a superior quality product.

Landon Tutt is the qualifying contractor for Tutt Renovations. With a background in construction and extensive experience as a real estate broker, Landon spent a number of years flipping houses. Since then, he has built a team around Tutt Renovations to provide high-end remodeling work for homeowners. Holding a 4 year degree in business, an Army veteran, husband and father, Landon brings a fresh dose of honesty and integrity to the construction industry.
